Most homes in the Chicago suburbs should have gutters cleaned at least once per year, though we typically recommend twice per year—once in late spring and again in late fall—to prevent clogs, overflow, and seasonal water damage.
Vista Maintenance Plans include at least one professional gutter cleaning per year as part of your service schedule. Additional gutter cleanings are available to all Vista Maintenance Plan members at a discounted rate compared to one-time service.
Do you repair gutters too?
Vista specializes in keeping your gutter system clean, clear, and functioning properly through full debris removal and downspout flushing. During service, we may temporarily adjust or remove certain components as needed to properly clear blockages and ensure full system flow.
What about gutter guards?
We’re not able to service gutters that have gutter guard systems installed. While gutter guards do help reduce debris, they don’t completely eliminate maintenance needs, and fine buildup can still occur over time. If you’re unsure about your setup, feel free to reach out and we’re happy to take a look and point you in the right direction.
Will you walk on my roof?
We take great care of every property as if it were our own. In most cases, we’re able to complete gutter maintenance without needing to walk on the roof. However, because every home is different, there are occasional situations where roof access is necessary to safely and fully service the entire gutter system.
Do Vista offer one-time gutter cleaning services?
Yes. Vista does offer one-time gutter cleaning services for homeowners who prefer a single visit. However, most customers choose a Vista Maintenance Plan for better long-term value, consistent care, and priority scheduling throughout the year.
Maintenance Plan members also receive preferred pricing on additional gutter cleanings, making it more cost-effective to keep your home protected and well maintained over time.
